Role Overview

As a member of the HEVĒ team, you will be challenged to join a rapidly growing team dedicated to telling the best stories for our clients. We are a vibrant, highly energetic, group who believes creative lives everywhere – you just have to be willing to find it. We encourage you to unleash your own creative fire, to explore new methods of storytelling, to embolden and enlighten our team and our clients with your ideas. It’s “heavy” by design. Because great stories carry great weight.

While other agencies took a step back as the global outbreak of COVID-19 became a reality, we took a step forward in helping clients develop a voice at a time when they needed it most. We leaned on the ‘challenge everything’ mentality of our parent company, [INVNT GROUP] to move fast, take a pro-active approach and support our clients at a time when they needed us most.

At HEVĒ, we believe that at the heart of all great stories lies one simple truth. HEVĒ was founded on the simple truth that when you connect the hearts and the minds of consumers, you create brand love. It’s not a hunch, it’s science. Our brains are wired to respond to stories because it is the only time you use all four cortexes of your brain. Emotion releases dopamine, and dopamine aids in retention. In short, stories are the most memorable form of information. So, we craft big, bold, and emotional human stories – stories that stick. It is the backbone of what we do.

As an agency, HEVĒ builds brand love by using predictive analytics to help develop the strategy, create and produce the content, and define the distribution across platforms. As a studio, HEVĒ is on a mission to create the ‘uncreated’ through emotive film, photography, and multi-media storytelling including mixed reality innovation. We help brands explore a range of emotions from irreverence to ingenuity, to brand identity and finding the right moments to laugh at yourself. Whatever the story is, we’re here to help tell it.

What will your next story be? Join HEVĒ to find out.
