Traffic Project Manager

Our Creative team at HEVĒ is hiring! We are currently looking for a Traffic/Project Manager for our New York office.

The Traffic/Project Manager role will work on one of our largest accounts as well as on a variety of creative projects for a wide range of clients including beauty, sports, news, pharma, and more. The role works closely with the creative team while collaborating with both the content agency and production studio teams to help bring ideas to life. This is a take charge management position of creative projects, as well as delegating tasks and reporting on the progress of the team. Overseeing complex campaigns, digital experiences, and brand guidelines. Skill and effort are required whilst monitoring and working with a sharp eye for detail, colleagues will rely on the traffic/project manager to plan and execute clear strategies and timelines. This role also requires the holder to sign-off work so that only the highest quality product and service is delivered to the client.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage small- and large-scale projects
  • Overseeing team members and helping delegate tasks
  • Contributing to the development of project scopes and ensuring projects stay within the designated budget
  • Structuring projects and devising efficient processes
  • Liaising with clients and the creative team to ensure projects run smoothly
  • Signing-off work and checking it is of the highest quality
  • Providing knowledgeable creative input to all campaigns


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Film, Media, Communications, related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in a design role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with Excel spreadsheets
  • Experience of working with all creative disciplines
  • A full knowledge of digital production processes
  • Experience working in Mondays a plus
  • An in-depth understanding of both technical and creative processes
  • Knowledge of various file formats and specs
  • A proven track record in fast paced environments
  • The ability to push a team to deliver high quality work
  • A pro-active approach to new creative opportunities
  • Impressive communication skills and an enthusiastic approach to liaising with clients
