Senior Production Coordinator

Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee production documents including but not limited to onsite agendas, show flow,
    contact lists and production schedules over multiple projects.
  • Manage onsite production team travel – coordinating hotel rooming lists, ground
    transportation reservations and flight booking over multiple projects.
  • Research program-related elements such as venue options, entertainment options,
    attendee gift ideas, etc.
  • Assist Producers with budget & vendor management.
  • Archive estimates within client folders.
  • Generate purchase orders for external vendors and freelancers.
  • Update program budgets with oversite from Producer.
  • Manage onsite production coordinators and production assistants, ensuring daily tasks
    are executed on time and on budget.
  • Talent management onsite – assisting with rehearsals, keeping comfort level at top of
  • Plan ancillary events onsite, such as welcome receptions, wrap parties, other forms of
    staff entertainment.


  • 3-5 years as a Production Coordinator in live event, broadcast or film industry.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear, active communication (email, written and verbal).
  • Confident decision-making skills.
  • Must have a desire to learn and teach others in best practices.
  • Genuinely curious with a desire to learn about the business of live event storytelling.
