Works with Creative lead or often acts as Creative lead on a project team.
Key partner with Producer and Sales/Accounts staff.
Handles most proposals and projects <1MM with minimal oversight from more senior creatives.
Ability to work with designers to create standard core creative deliverables, including theme graphics and their pull through, as well as proposal and pitch decks.
Acts as lead writer or directs other writers in the crafting of proposals and other creative deliverables.
Trains and mentors junior creatives.
Presents creative vision to clients via in-person pitches or via webcast.
Committed to constantly developing and innovating new ideas while challenging others to do the same.
Accepts and delivers actionable feedback on own creative as well as the creative of others.
Demonstrates a high-level understanding of how creative manifests in the form of cohesive deliverables in all aspects leading up and including a live event, as well as post-event.
Brings constant positive energy to teams particularly in the face of adversity.

4-6 years industry experience.
Experience in live event communications, visual media (video), brand strategy.
Previous exposure to clients from media companies, pharmaceutical, technology and franchise associations preferred.
High level research skills with ability to quickly learn new information and demonstrate that knowledge in various creative deliverables.
Knowledge of Keynote and PowerPoint is preferred but not required.
Superior communication skills – written, verbal, creative thinking.
Some client-facing experience.
Motivated by creative visual aesthetics.
Confidence in one’s creative abilities and ability to take constructive criticism a must.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Strong work ethic, outgoing, leadership experience, positive attitude.
