Our Production team is hiring! We are currently looking for an Associate Producer for our New York office. Note: this role requires extensive travel for projects.

Workplace Type: Flexible hybrid schedule

Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee production document creation including but not limited to onsite agendas, show flow, contact lists, travel documents and production schedules over multiple projects.
  • Lead program-related research projects such as venue options, entertainment options, attendee gift ideas, etc.
  • Communicate design changes from Production team to Creative team.
  • Create and track program budgets with oversight from Producer.
  • Lead internal/external production team meetings when Producer is unavailable to do so.
  • Coordinate content management during pre-production and while on show site.
  • Manage all onsite production coordinators, ensuring daily tasks are executed on time and on budget.
  • Onsite management of scenic staging – furniture, breakout room layout, scenic walls and signage.
  • Run onsite off-in rehearsal room w/ professional and/or executive talent.
  • Assist Producer with post-show reconciliation – collecting all program invoices and tracking final budget costs, prepare reporting to Finance department.


  • 2-3 years as a Senior Production Coordinator in live event, broadcast, or film industry.
  • Clear, active communicator with a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Great communication skills (email, written and verbal).
  • Confident decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once.
  • Must have a desire to learn and teach others in best practices.
